1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Business hours include Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or government holidays.

5. Packaging & Safety

  • All products are packed under the Ajontec brand packaging with secure sealing.

  • Orders include tamper-proof security tapes/seals where applicable.

  • Customers are advised to record an unboxing video before opening the package for any future dispute or damage claim.


6. Address & Contact Accuracy

Customers must ensure:

✔ Correct shipping address
✔ Active phone number for delivery coordination
✔ Accurate name and pin code

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, Ajontec may hold or cancel the shipment.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment due to wrong address.


7. Delivery Failure & Re-Shipment

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Wrong address

  • Refusal to accept the package

Then:

  • The product may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-shipment charges may apply before resending the order.

  • Refund (if requested) will be issued after deducting original shipping cost.


8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost by the courier partner, we will coordinate resolution on customer’s behalf.

  • If a product is delivered damaged:

    • Customer must submit clear proof + unboxing video

    • Our team will validate before approving replacement/refund.


9. Anti-Fraud Protection Clause

To protect against increasing ecommerce fraud cases:

  • If a customer files a shipping or damage complaint without proof → Claim rejected

  • If fake or edited proof is submitted →

    • Account blocked permanently

    • May be blacklisted
