1. General Return Rules (Strict Policy)

Ajontec.store follows a No-Fraud-Tolerance Return System. Returns are accepted only if all conditions are met.

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.

  • All returns must include:

    • Unboxing video from start to end without cuts

    • Clear image of packaging, label, and product

    • Order invoice / proof of purchase

  • If unboxing video is not provided → Return rejected immediately.

  • If product seal is broken without proof of defect → Return rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Personal care, grooming, or hygiene products

  • Food items, supplements, or perishable goods

  • Innerwear, socks, or intimate fashion

  • Clearance sale or discounted festival offers

  • Customized or name-printed products

  • Downloadable or digital products (if any)

  • Items intentionally damaged by customer


3. Valid Return Reasons (Allowed Cases Only)

Returns are processed only in these cases:

✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product damaged during shipping (proof required)
✔ Manufacturing defect confirmed via unboxing video
✔ Size mismatch (only if exchange option is available for that product)

Customer regret, rough usage, physical damage after use, or false defect claims are NOT valid reasons.


4. Return Verification Process

All return requests go through a 3-Step Verification Audit:

Step 1 — Proof Submission Check

  • Unboxing video must show the issue clearly

  • Courier label, packaging, and product must match order records

Step 2 — Physical Inspection by Return Team

  • Our team may ask for additional images/videos

  • Product will be tested internally for claimed defect

Step 3 — Final Decision

  • If defect is real and confirmed → Replacement or Refund approved

  • If defect is fake or unclearReturn permanently rejected


5. Refund Rules

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source only (UPI, Bank, Card, etc.)

  • Refund processing time: 5 to 10 working days depending on payment partner/bank

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If product was shipped with free delivery, and return is due to size exchange → reverse shipping fee may apply


6. Anti-Fraud Protection Clause

To protect our business from increasing customer fraud cases:

  • If a customer is found submitting fake return proofs, edited videos, or intentionally damaging products:

    • Their account will be blocked permanently

    • Legal action may be initiated under Indian IT Act & E-commerce Fraud Prevention Rules

    • They will be blacklisted from future purchases

Ajontec has full right to reject any return without refund if fraud is suspected.


7. Exchange Rules (If applicable)

  • Exchanges depend on product availability

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed

  • Exchange request without unboxing video proof → Not allowed

  • If replacement product is also claimed defective, company may request return → but refund will be given only after inspection approval


8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct address and contact details are entered

  • Unboxing video is recorded before opening product

  • Product is handed back safely to courier partner during approved return


9. Return Shipping Rules

  • We coordinate return pickups via authorized courier partners only

  • Customers must pack the product securely to avoid damage in reverse transit

  • If damage occurs during return transit due to poor packing by customer → No refund issued
