Bihar: 2–4 days
Other Indian states: 4–10 days
Remote areas: 7–14 days

Yes, but only before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. You may contact support for assistance.
You can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if:
✔ Product is unused & undamaged
✔ Original packaging is intact
✔ A full unboxing video without cuts is provided (for damage/defect claims)
Without proof → return is rejected.
For approved cases, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You must submit:
A clear unboxing video showing the issue
Photos of packaging and label
Our team will verify before approving replacement/refund.
COD may be available on selected products or regions based on courier partner support. If shown at checkout, it is applicable.
Shipping/delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight unless a free shipping offer is applied.
No. Delivery partners are not allowed to open, test, or use any product. If this happens, report to support immediately.
We use licensed and trusted courier partners, including Shiprocket-approved logistics and India Post for remote areas when required.
If delivery fails due to:
Wrong/incomplete address
User unavailable
Refusal to accept without reason
Then the order may return to our warehouse and re-shipment charges may apply.
