We sell products under our Ajontec brand packaging. Manufacturing may be done by trusted third-party suppliers, but all products are quality-checked and branded by us before dispatch.
No. We never sell customer data and never share it externally for marketing. Data is used only for order fulfillment, support, and internal business advertising of our own brands/services.
Delivery time depends on location:
Bihar: 2–4 days
Other Indian states: 4–10 days
Remote areas: 7–14 days
International (if available): 10–25 days
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional conditions.
You can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted only if:
✔ Product is unused & undamaged
✔ Original packaging is intact
✔ A full unboxing video without cuts is provided (for damage/defect claims)
Without proof → return is rejected.
For approved cases, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If delivery fails due to:
Wrong/incomplete address
User unavailable
Refusal to accept without reason
Then the order may return to our warehouse and re-shipment charges may apply.
